These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moonlightphase.com (the "Site"), operated by SuperTek Services LLC, based in Riverside, California, USA ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
MoonlightPhase provides moon phase data, lunar calendars, horoscopes, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our content — including astronomical calculations, horoscopes, and astrological interpretations — is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, including in financial, medical, legal, or personal matters. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that astronomical times or any other information on the Site are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Site and rely on its content at your own discretion and risk.
3. Digital Products
The 2027 Printable Lunar Calendar and any other digital products offered on the Site are digital downloads licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post the files, in whole or in part. You may print copies for your own personal use. All digital products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.
4. Payments
Payments for digital products are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, Gumroad or Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. Your purchase is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment provider used to complete your transaction. All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us through the contact page. Refund requests made after 14 days may not be honored. To request a refund, please include your order details so we can locate your purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, calendars, digital products, software, and the overall design — is the property of SuperTek Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except where expressly permitted (for example, personal printing of a digital product you have purchased).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperTek Services LLC and MoonlightPhase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content or digital product obtained through it. The Site and all content and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
